CPM developed a new Google Web site for PwC’s Phoenix change management team to be used as a portal for videos, documentation, contacts and more.
Mars, Inc., a global consumer packaged goods company, needed to provide consistent Organizational Development services to their employees. To do so, their OD team needed to be trained on a shared framework, and apply that framework on the job, no matter where in the world they work. Their goals included:
- Allow employees to take training remotely, where and when they needed it
- Expand the content by leveraging an expert in the field
- Turn one week of instructor-led training into an engaging on-demand learning experience
Working through The CARA Group, CPM designed and delivered a blended Virtual Learning program that learners could access on-demand.
In collaboration with Univentures, Inc., CPM recently developed a series of e-learning modules for Bing Ads customer agents. Bing Ads agents need a variety of soft skills training, in addition to technical training, and CPM delivered both, collaborating on instructional design and Storyline development.
