CPM helped a global consumer packaged goods company Mars Inc. upskill a distributed, remote team.
Mars, Inc., a global consumer packaged goods company, needed to provide consistent Organizational Development services to their employees. To do so, their OD team needed to be trained on a shared framework, and apply that framework on the job, no matter where in the world they work. Their goals included:
- Allow employees to take training remotely, where and when they needed it
- Expand the content by leveraging an expert in the field
- Turn one week of instructor-led training into an engaging on-demand learning experience
Working through The CARA Group, CPM designed and delivered a blended Virtual Learning program that learners could access on-demand.

Leaderality “Behind the Scenes”
Be a First Responder
CPM worked with Pierce Communications to develop a series of media to support the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services campaign titled “Be a First Responder.” CPM directed the TV PSAs, directed and edited a Web video and developed an interactive graphic novel.
The graphic novel features real-life scenarios, offers a dozen paths through the “game” and offers two ways to win. Try it out here:

Who Inspired You?
Whoinspiredyou.com is a new Web-based business focused on leadership. “A leader is somebody people follow, somebody who guides or directs others. Spirituality is the search for ‘the sacred,’ where ‘the sacred’ is broadly defined as that which is set apart from the ordinary … and worthy of recognition. Thus Leaderality is the search for people who are worth following.”
CPM interviewed the four partners at their office, editing a Web video for the Home page and a “Behind the Scenes” video for the About Us page. We hope you’ll check out their site and share your story.
Mobile Training for Impact
It is Finished – almost
Another season of Tetelestai – the musical passion play we’ve been involved with off and on since 1974 – is wrapped. Create.produce:media shot and edited a three-camera full-length video of the show and added footage from acting training and pre-show activity. Next up, we’ll be editing all of the video we shot throughout the season, creating short training videos for other churches interested in producing the play (or just curious as to what it takes to put it on from the first rehearsal to the first show).
BTW, Dave hauled this cross around when he played Jesus. It was heavy – physically and spiritually.
