Golf Supercoach Syllabus

create.produce:media direct, shot and edited the video, “Syllabus” for Supercoach founders Dave Christensen and John Fridley, veteran golf pros who produced “Syllabus” as a way to share their knowledge with golf instructors.

The first in a series of videos, Dave and John built Guaranteed Golf over many years, delivering more than 150,000 lessons to golfers in eight states. During that time they gained a tremendouns amount of knowledge about how to best teach the game of golf.

Sodexo Kitchen Works

Nine months after the completion of Modern Recipe, Sodexo reached out again with three more modules under the name, “Kitchen Works,” equaling the same length – but this time, they had followed in our footsteps on Easygenerator and were asking us for our detailed eye to proof and validate that their work had met the same standards CPM had established the first time around, plus some more of our custom-edited videos. We happily agreed to lend our eyes and editing skills! As well as our expertise in translating these modules into Spanish, too. With a fine-toothed comb, CPM ensured that the new course had been translated not only in word, but design-wise, validating that this new course maintained the consistency of our established framework for Modern Recipe, even with a fresh style.

Sodexo Modern Recipe

In October of 2022, a director in Sodexo’s food service and guest experiences segment reached out to CPM with a proposal to develop three modules within the “Modern Recipe” course; we worked closely with the team, including leadership consultant, Raabia Shafi, who wrote the subject matter for the first module, “Modern Recipe: Luxe.” For a course boasting 15 sections and six subsections, CPM worked in Easygenerator to develop the course layout, brand style, and design framework (grammatically, visually, interactively) to support the training for elevating guests’ experiences. Within six months, CPM completed development for an hour and a half of lessons including CPM-chosen stock images, custom graphics, and eight custom-edited videos, as well as the complete Spanish translations of each module with the help of certified translator, Mariana Reis. We also managed the English and Spanish voiceover narrations for the course!

create.produce:media developer Dave Fullen is working with Innovative Learning Group and their client, Missionary Veterinary Partners to transform veterinary technician training from classroom to online.

Development is being done in Articulate Rise, a web-based elearning authoring tool that allows us to create responsive, creative and interactive learning content.

CPM helped a global consumer packaged goods company Mars Inc. upskill a distributed, remote team.

Mars, Inc., a global consumer packaged goods company, needed to provide consistent Organizational Development services to their employees. To do so, their OD team needed to be trained on a shared framework, and apply that framework on the job, no matter where in the world they work. Their goals included:

  • Allow employees to take training remotely, where and when they needed it
  • Expand the content by leveraging an expert in the field
  • Turn one week of instructor-led training into an engaging on-demand learning experience

Working through The CARA Group, CPM designed and delivered a blended Virtual Learning program that learners could access on-demand.

 

Be a First Responder

ODMHAS-webVideoCPM worked with Pierce Communications to develop a series of media to support the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services campaign titled “Be a First Responder.” CPM directed the TV PSAs, directed and edited a Web video and developed an interactive graphic novel.
